At Dance with Nikki, we understand that plans can change. This policy helps ensure fairness for both our clients and our business.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson.

• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full lesson fee.

• If Dance with Nikki must cancel a lesson, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Class registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• If space permits, registrations may be transferred to another class or session at the discretion of Dance with Nikki.

• If a class is cancelled by Dance with Nikki, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

• Workshop registrations are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Dance with Nikki.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person with advance notice and approval from Dance with Nikki.

• Unless otherwise stated:

• Event tickets are non-refundable.

• Tickets may be transferable to another individual with advance notice.

• If an event is cancelled by Dance with Nikki, ticket holders will receive a refund or credit, depending on the circumstances.

• Classes and events may be postponed or cancelled due to severe weather or other conditions affecting participant safety.

• If a cancellation is necessary, registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible by email, phone, or social media.

• Dance with Nikki is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, venue closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

• Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected classes or events.
