Welcome to Dance with Nikki. By accessing this website, registering for classes or events, booking private lessons, or purchasing services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
About Us
Dance with Nikki provides dance instruction, workshops, private lessons, community classes, and special events throughout Saskatchewan.
Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes will be added where required by law.
Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details regarding cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and credits.
Participation
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in dance activities.
By participating, you acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. You agree to participate at your own risk and to follow all instructions provided by Dance with Nikki.
If you experience pain, dizziness, illness, or discomfort during a class or event, you should stop participating immediately and notify the instructor.
Appropriate Conduct
Dance with Nikki is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Participants are expected to:

Treat instructors, volunteers, staff, and fellow dancers with courtesy and respect.

Maintain appropriate personal hygiene.

Use respectful language and behaviour.

Ask for consent before attempting lifts, dips, or movements involving close physical contact.

Follow instructor and event staff directions.
Dance with Nikki reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate. Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.
Photography and Video
Classes, workshops, and events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify the instructor or event organizer before the class or event begins. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is the property of Dance with Nikki.
